We are currently working alongside an established children's residential care provider on the South Coast of England, who are looking for an experienced Responsible Individual to support their 4:1 complex trauma / EBD service, which currently supports a 15-year-old young person with complex emotional and behavioural difficulties.
This organisation is wanting an experienced RI on a part-time basis for 1 day per week, ideal for an experienced Responsible Individual who currently has capacity to take on another role. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Responsible Individual or Consultant / RI seeking a flexible, high-impact role, looking to utilise their expertise in a more consultative capacity while maintaining influence over service quality and compliance.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Safeguarding Children, Health and Safety, and all organisational policies and procedures, while promoting an open and transparent culture. You will oversee regulatory compliance, ensure the home meets all Ofsted requirements, and support the ongoing development and quality assurance of the service.
