Are you a Registered Nurse looking for your next leadership role in specialist dementia care? We are recruiting for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Deputy Nursing Home Manager to join a well-respected 70 bed Care home in St Helens. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse-qualified leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding care, supporting clinical teams, and making a real difference to residents living with dementia and complex needs.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you will combine clinical leadership and supernumerary management to support the Home Manager in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

The Role

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading the nursing and care teams, maintaining clinical standards, and ensuring the home remains compliant, compassionate, and inspection-ready.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Home Manager in the overall management of the service
