Overview

As Registered Manager you will lead a trusted Children’s EBD home, focusing on stable, therapeutic care and long-term outcomes. You will shape the home's culture, develop the staff team, and ensure a safe, structured environment that supports progress for young people. Pay / Benefits

  • salary 60,000–65,000 per annum

Responsibilities

  • Hold full Ofsted registration and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop the staff team with clear standards.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational management ensuring safe, high-quality care.
  • Drive stability and a consistent therapeutic environment for outcomes.
  • Build positive relationships with external professionals, families, and stakeholders.

Key requirements

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s EBD home.
  • Strong track record with Ofsted inspections and compliance.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or actively working towards).
  • Confident, passionate leader valuing structure, clarity, and therapeutic care.
