Are you an experienced Nurse Manager with a passion for supporting people through recovery and making a real difference in their lives? We are seeking a Lead Nurse Manager to join a purpose-built addiction and recovery treatment service, delivering exemplary care in an outstanding environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven leadership experience who is motivated by clinical excellence, innovation, and team development. The service is located close to the Northwich area of Cheshire, easily accessible from local areas such as Crewe, Warrington and Wirral / Liverpool.
Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will combine strong clinical skills with the ability to guide, coach, and inspire a small, dedicated team.
- You will ensure that every service user receives safe, compassionate, and effective care while supporting the development of your colleagues.
- Working pattern: 3 days per week supernumerary (9am 5pm), 1 day per week leading on the floor (7:45am 8pm).
- You will also deputise for senior leadership when required, ensuring the clinical team remains visible, effective, and aligned with best practice standards.
