This is an excellent opportunity for a Paediatric Clinical Lead to join a growing service supporting children with complex health needs across the Buckinghamshire area, with new packages being mobilised and a clear focus on clinical quality, staff development and safe care delivery.
The Role
As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will oversee and support the delivery of paediatric complex care packages within the community, ensuring care is safe, effective, person-centred and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing paediatric complex care packages across the Buckinghamshire area
- Completing clinical assessments, care plans and risk assessments
- Delivering training, competency sign-offs and clinical supervision
- Liaising with families, commissioners and multidisciplinary teams
- Supporting safe care delivery including tracheostomy care
