We are looking for a Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our neurodevelopmental recruitment team at Leaders in Care. This team supports organisations across the UK with experienced clinicians who assess ASD, ADHD and other neurodevelopmental conditions, helping them tackle national assessment backlogs and improve access to vital services.

The contract division was set up five years ago and, since then, has broken every company record, won multiple Team of the Year awards and helped consultants achieve some ridiculous levels of progression, including three promotions in a year and plenty of personal bests along the way.

You would be joining a team of consultants who are motivated by their own drive for success and quality delivery to clients and candidates. That means no dreaded admin for the sake of admin, and no useless KPIs that don’t actually reflect results. You’re trusted to do the job you know, or learn it properly from people you’ll respect.

The business as a whole is focused on giving you the tools you need, including technology that still isn’t on the radar of most UK agencies, along with the support and know-how of an experienced leadership team. The difference is, this comes without the usual rubbish that gives recruitment a bad name.
