We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Manchester city centre as part of a Multi-Channel Marketing Level 3 Apprenticeship with Apprentify. This is a hands-on opportunity to work across campaigns, social media, email, and digital platforms, gaining exposure to multiple areas of marketing within a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Working under the mentorship of an experienced Marketing Manager, you will build real, commercially valuable skills from day one and develop the foundations for a long-term career in marketing. We have been recognised as a Best Place to Work by The Sunday Times for the last three years.
The Apprenticeship: This isn't a traditional marketing role. We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Assistant to join the team and support marketing across our business. You will gain hands-on experience across both B2B and B2C recruitment marketing, working across multiple markets and audiences.
From campaigns and content to digital platforms and reporting, you will be involved in all areas of marketing in an environment where things move quickly, expectations are high, and no two days are the same. You will be trusted with responsibility, challenged to improve, and given the opportunity to develop quickly in a business where performance is recognised and progression is there for those who earn it.
