Youll take the lead in maintaining high standards across the service, developing a capable team and ensuring every resident receives safe, compassionate and personalised care.
What youll be doing As Home Manager, youll have overall responsibility for the homes operational and clinical performance. Youll provide strong day-to-day leadership, promote a positive culture and ensure the service continues to deliver excellent outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting the nursing, care and wider home team
- Maintaining compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding and clinical governance requirements
- Ensuring care plans are person-centred, regularly reviewed and effectively delivered
- Managing staffing, recruitment, rotas and employee development
