Take ownership of an established complex care service with genuine scope for growth. As Clinical Registered Manager, youll lead the delivery of high-quality community-based complex care across Sussex while supporting continued expansion into Surrey, with a strong focus on paediatric complex care.
This Clinical Registered Manager position combines service management, clinical governance and commercial growth. Youll inherit an established service and experienced team while playing a key role in securing new referrals, developing care packages and supporting new business opportunities.
Package & Benefits

  • Β£50,000 to Β£55,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hold operational and managerial responsibility for the CQC-registered complex care service, maintaining safe, compliant and high-quality care.
  • Provide leadership across paediatric and adult complex care packages within the community.
  • Lead and support Clinical Leads, Nurse Case Managers and Care Coordinators. xgikmsk
