Overview

As Registered Manager, you will lead a stable Children’s EBD home in Leeds, ensuring high-quality, therapeutic care and long-term positive outcomes. You will shape the home’s culture, develop a capable staff team, and maintain a safe, structured environment aligned with safeguarding standards. You’ll balance regulatory responsibilities with hands-on leadership to drive consistency and quality care. This role offers autonomy within a supportive organisation that values stability and realistic care planning. You will have a meaningful impact on young people’s progress and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Hold full Ofsted registration and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop the staff team with clear standards and accountability.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational management to ensure safe, high-quality care.
  • Drive stability, positive outcomes, and a consistent therapeutic environment.
  • Build positive relationships with external professionals, families, and stakeholders.

Key requirements

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a children’s EBD home.
  • Strong experience leading Ofsted inspections and maintaining compliance.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, or actively working towards it.
