Are you an experienced Paediatric Recovery Nurse looking to take the next step into a leadership role? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading independent healthcare provider for a Lead Paediatric Recovery Nurse to join a high-performing theatre team within a modern private hospital in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead paediatric recovery services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, clinical excellence, and regulatory compliance.
You will play a key role in supporting children, young people, and their families throughout the perioperative journey while also providing post-anaesthetic care for adult patients when required.
The Role
As the Lead Paediatric Recovery Nurse, you will oversee the delivery of safe, effective, and evidence-based recovery care for paediatric surgical patients. You will provide clinical leadership within theatres, recovery, and anaesthetic services, supporting the development of the wider nursing team while ensuring compliance with CQC standards and best practice guidelines. This is a hands-on leadership position combining clinical expertise with service development.
