Key Responsibilities

Manage a reduced caseload across child in need and child protection plans.
Deliver long term family support with a relationship based approach.
Complete assessments and interventions with minimal court involvement.
Work collaboratively with experienced practitioners across safeguarding services. About You

Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
Experience working within safeguarding, child protection, or family safeguarding teams.
Previous experience managing statutory caseloads within a local authority setting.
