Are you an experienced Registered Manager with a background in community complex care, looking for the opportunity to take ownership of an established service and lead its next phase of growth?
We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a new Eastbourne branch delivering community-based complex care to adults and children in their own homes.
The service is already delivering approximately 2,000 hours of care per week , giving the incoming manager a strong operational platform from day one. This is a permanent opportunity for someone who can take CQC registration, guide the branch through its first inspection and drive growth across adult and paediatric complex care.
The successful person will combine strong operational leadership with quality, compliance and commercial awareness, ensuring the service continues to deliver safe, person-centred care while increasing care hours and developing new packages.
Package & Benefits £50,000 to £55,000 per annum

The Role As Registered Manager , you will take overall responsibility for the operational, regulatory and commercial performance of the Eastbourne service.
You will take CQC registration for the branch and ensure the service is fully prepared for its first inspection, maintaining strong standards across governance, safeguarding, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
