Key Responsibilities
- Support medicines optimisation through medication review, reconciliation and prescription review.
- Provide expert medicines advice to patients, carers, consultants and staff.
- Assist with safe procurement, management and control of medication stock.
- Contribute to clinical governance, audits, incident reporting and the introduction of new medicines and therapies.

About You
