The Role

As a Registered Nurse working within a nursing home setting, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care while supporting care staff on shift. You will play a key role in maintaining standards, continuity of care, and resident wellbeing within the nursing home.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering safe, effective nursing care in line with NMC standards
• Medication administration, care planning, and accurate clinical documentation
• Monitoring resident health and escalating concerns appropriately
• Leading and supporting care staff within the nursing home
• Communicating effectively with families and external healthcare professionals
