I'm recruiting on behalf of a respected complex care provider for a Paediatric Nurse Case Manager to join their specialist team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll take responsibility for a caseload of children with complex care needs, providing clinical oversight, supporting care delivery and working closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

We're ideally looking for someone based in the Newcastle area, as this is a travelling community-based role covering a wider North East patch.
