We are recruiting for an Adult Clinical Lead to join a well-established and growing provider delivering high-quality, nurse-led care to adults in their own homes across Essex. This role offers a great balance of autonomy and support, with a hybrid working model and a manageable adult-only caseload.

The Role

As an Adult Clinical Lead, you will take ownership of a portfolio of complex care packages, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care delivery. This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekends or nights, giving you a strong work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee adult complex care packages in the community
  • Complete clinical assessments, care plans and risk assessments
  • Deliver training, competencies and ongoing clinical supervision to staff
  • Work closely with families, commissioners and multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor quality, governance and compliance across your caseload
  • Support with incident management and clinical reporting

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
  • Background in adult complex care
