Registered Manager β Luxury Care Home
We are working with a luxury care home provider preparing to open a brand-new service in early 2027, and they are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead the home from the outset.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an established care leader who has experience of commissioning new services, building high-performing teams and creating a strong culture from day one.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will take the lead on the preparation and opening of the service, working closely with the wider leadership team to ensure everything is in place for a successful launch.
Once operational, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the home, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, people and occupancy.
You will be expected to: Lead the commissioning and mobilisation of the new service
Build, develop and motivate a strong team
Create a positive, person-centred culture from the outset
Ensure the service is fully prepared for CQC registration and inspection
Maintain high standards of care, governance and compliance
Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing team
Work closely with senior leadership on occupancy and business development
Lead the home confidently through its opening and ongoing growth
About You
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager with a strong track record within the care sector.
You will need: Proven commissioning or mobilisation experience
A strong and demonstrable CQC history
Experience leading and developing teams
Strong knowledge of compliance, governance and quality
Excellent communication and leadership skills
The confidence to take ownership of a new service and make it your own
A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding care and experiences for residents
This role would suit someone who enjoys building something from the ground up and wants the opportunity to establish a new home, team and culture rather than simply inherit an existing operation
If you are an experienced Registered Manager with commissioning experience and a strong CQC track record, we would be interested in hearing from you.
