Are you a Registered Nurse with strong clinical experience who is ready for more responsibility?

We are looking for a Clinical Lead to join a well-established nursing home, offering £55,000 per annum and a working pattern that includes three protected supernumerary shifts each week.

This role would suit an experienced Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead or Registered Nurse who wants to progress into leadership without moving completely away from hands-on nursing.

About the Position You'll play a key role in maintaining excellent clinical standards throughout the home, working alongside the Home Manager to support the nursing team and ensure residents receive high-quality, individualised care.

A major benefit of this position is the amount of protected leadership time available.

Three shifts each week will be supernumerary , allowing you to focus on clinical oversight, staff development, audits and quality improvement.

Your remaining two shifts will be spent working clinically alongside the nursing team.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include: Taking a lead on clinical standards and best practice across the home Providing guidance, support and leadership to Registered Nurses and Care staff Reviewing care plans, risk assessments and clinical records Monitoring medication practices and ensuring safe clinical procedures...
