We are partnering with a leading and rapidly growing healthcare provider to recruit a Community Nurse specialising in peritoneal dialysis. Visiting patients in both PO and BN postcodes, this role offers the opportunity to deliver truly personalised care, supporting patients to remain safely and confidently in their own homes.
