This is a strong opportunity for a Care Coordinator looking for a structured, low-reactive role with rotas planned well in advance and clear internal processes.

The Role

  • Support the coordination of established complex care packages within a stable and organised service.
  • Support and maintain rotas planned 3 to 6 months in advance.
  • Manage annual leave, sickness, and rota gaps efficiently.
  • Complete structured staff check-ins (day one, week one, week two, month two, month three).
  • Liaise with carers to ensure consistent care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and support compliance standards.

This is a coordination-focused position with no requirement for clinical sign-offs or community visits.

Requirements

Essential: Experience working as a Care Coordinator within a complex care provider. Background in domiciliary care, community care.
