Salary: Β£65,000 per annum + performance bonus
Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire
Hours: 40 hours per week | Permanent

We are recruiting an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a well-established 35-bed elderly care home in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
The home provides specialist residential, dementia and nursing care, and requires a confident, commercially aware leader who can maintain high standards of care while delivering strong operational performance.

Your Role as Care Home Manager As Care Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the leadership, quality, compliance and commercial performance of the home.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining high standards of person-centred care and resident experience.
  • Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and regulatory requirements.
