Shape a developing ADHD medication pathway as a Registered Manager / Principal Consultant within a specialist neurodevelopmental assessment service. This role offers the chance to influence quality, governance and clinical standards from the outset. You will have autonomy to lead CQC registration, support safe prescribing pathways and contribute to a growing multidisciplinary service. The role is open to part-time or full-time hours, with hybrid working available. Interim / contract is also being considered for the right person.

About the Company

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the named Registered Manager / Principal Consultant for CQC application, interview, registration and ongoing compliance.
  • Lead governance across ADHD assessment, prescribing, titration, documentation, consent, risk and patient safety.
  • Maintain CQC standards, prepare for inspections, manage notifications and implement action plans following audits or feedback.
  • Provide clinical leadership across ADHD assessment, diagnosis, medication management and service development.

About You

  • Experience in ADHD assessment and medication management, including prescribing, titration or treatment pathways.
  • Professional registration with an appropriate clinical body.
  • Experience with CQC registration, inspections or regulated clinical service governance.
  • This Registered Manager / Principal Consultant role may also suit an ADHD Clinical Lead, Consultant Psychiatrist, Nurse Prescriber or clinician with strong CQC Registered Manager experience.
