Are you a Registered Mental Health Nurse looking to develop your career within a specialist CAMHS service? We're working with a highly respected mental health care provider that supports children and young people, and they're looking to recruit compassionate and motivated RMNs to join their growing clinical team. The Role
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a specialist inpatient setting for children and young people. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering safe and effective nursing care to young people with complex mental health needs
- Acting as a named nurse and key worker for allocated patients
- Contributing to care planning, risk assessments, reviews, and discharge planning
- Working collaboratively with psychologists, therapists, psychiatrists, educators, and the wider multidisciplinary team
- Supporting the creation of a safe, nurturing, and recovery-focused environment

About You
- Active NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Ideally a minimum of 12 months' post-registration nursing experience
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient-centred approach to care
- Previous experience within CAMHS, inpatient mental health, acute mental health, PICU, rehabilitation, learning disabilities, or other mental health settings would be advantageous, although specialist training will be provided.
