Were working with a clinician-led healthcare provider to appoint an Adults ASD Service Lead .

This is a key leadership role, responsible for supporting safe and effective service delivery while providing strong oversight of clinical quality, governance, performance and team development.

This is a great opportunity to help shape and improve the Adult ASD pathway, working alongside experienced clinical and operational colleagues within a well-governed service.

What youll be doing Provide clinical and operational leadership across the Adult ASD service.

Oversee safe, high-quality diagnostic assessment and service delivery.

Manage capacity, waiting lists, triage arrangements and service performance.

Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, including line management and supervision.

Oversee clinical governance, safeguarding, risk management and quality improvement.

Support pathway development, SOPs, audit and improvements to clinical standards.
