Based in North London, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to lead the delivery of personalised care packages, support a team of carers, and make a real impact on the lives of adults with complex health needs.
What's on offer:
- Salary up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Hybrid working: 1 day from home, 4 days in the community
