This exciting opportunity is based in South West London, where we are expanding our services to support more adults with complex needs.

As an Adult Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care. You will provide direct support to adult clients and their families while leading a dedicated team of carers. If you have experience in tracheostomy care, ventilators, and multidisciplinary team management, this role is perfect for you.

What We're Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
  • Experience in tracheostomy and ventilator care (within the last two years)
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills for supporting HCAs and carers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients, families, and the MDT
  • Band 5 / Band 6 Nurses with experience in leadership and case management
  • A full UK driving license is essential

Your Key Responsibilities as an Adult Nurse Manager:

  • Design and implement tailored care plans for individual clients
  • Lead and coordinate the multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care
  • Monitor and assess client progress and adapt care plans as necessary
