Job Description £45,000 £50,000 DOE | Wolverhampton & Stone | Complex Care | Monday Friday | No On-Call

Are you an experienced RGN with a background in complex care, ICU, HDU, critical care or community nursing ?

We're looking for an Adult Clinical Lead Nurse to provide clinical oversight for adults with complex healthcare needs living in their own homes across Wolverhampton and Stone .

As an Adult Clinical Lead Nurse , you'll manage your own clinical caseload, complete assessments and care plans, train frontline carers and ensure high standards of person-centred complex care across the community.

Package & Benefits
£45,000 £50,000 depending on experience.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Community-based role covering Wolverhampton and Stone .

About the Company You'll be joining an established specialist complex care provider supporting adults with complex clinical needs to live safely and independently at home.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of adults with complex healthcare needs.

Deliver clinical training and competency assessments to Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers.

Train and assess carers in tracheostomy care, invasive and non-invasive ventilation, PEG feeding, spinal and neurological conditions and medication administration .

Work collaboratively with GPs, therapists and other healthcare professionals.

Maintain high standards of safe, person-centred clinical care across Wolverhampton and Stone.

About You
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC registration.

Experience within adult complex care, ICU, HDU, critical care or community nursing .

Clinical experience with tracheostomy care, ventilation, PEG feeding, neurological conditions, spinal injuries and complex medication regimes .

Strong training, teaching and mentoring skills.

Able to work autonomously within the community.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
