Are you an experienced Supported Living Manager, Registered Manager or Operations Manager looking to step into a senior leadership role with greater autonomy and influence? This opportunity will see you oversee three supported living services across Reading, Kingston upon Thames and Caterham, while working closely alongside and deputising for the Head of Care.
- Direct support and exposure to the Head of Care
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- As a Regional Manager, you will provide operational leadership across multiple supported living services while maintaining registration responsibility for all three locations.
- Acting as Registered Manager across three supported living services
- Deputising for the Head of Care when required
- Leading compliance, quality and operational performance
- Recent experience as a Registered Manager, Area Manager or Operations Manager
- Strong knowledge of CQC compliance, safeguarding and governance
- Experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, ADHD and behaviours that challenge
- Full UK driving licence
