Are you an experienced Registered Manager within domiciliary care looking for a new challenge with greater autonomy and support? We are recruiting for a Domiciliary Care Manager to lead a well-established domiciliary care service delivering approximately 1,500 hours of care per week across the Widnes area.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a current or previous CQC Registered Manager with a strong track record of leading community care services, driving compliance, developing teams and delivering outstanding care outcomes.

As a Domiciliary Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the service, ensuring high-quality care delivery, regulatory compliance and strong operational performance. You will lead office and field-based teams, maintain CQC registration and ensure service users receive safe, effective and person-centred care within their own homes.

  • Lead the delivery of approximately 1,500 care hours per week.
  • Maintain CQC registration and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead and support coordinators, supervisors and care staff.
  • Oversee quality, safeguarding and governance.
  • Monitor KPIs, budgets and branch performance.

Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager within domiciliary care is essential.

  • Proven experience managing a community-based care service.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and governance.
  • Experience managing service growth, staffing and performance.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Full UK driving licence.
