We are recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join a growing complex care provider based in Littlehampton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, relaxed and well-structured team, offering full training, a clear induction and genuine career progression within a fast-growing organisation. The role offers hybrid working (1-2 days from home per week), with the remaining days based at the Littlehampton head office. This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekend requirements.
The Role
In this Care Coordinator role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of care packages, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred service delivery. You will manage rotas, coordinate staff and support the ongoing delivery of complex care packages within the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate care packages, ensuring continuity and high standards of care
- Manage staff rotas and ensure full coverage across all packages
- Build and maintain strong relationships with service users, families and care staff
- Support mobilisation and ongoing management of care packages
- Work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure safe service delivery
- Manage day-to-day coordination and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment
- Support communication, engagement and performance across the team
Requirements
- Experience in a Care Coordinator role within domiciliary care is highly desirable
- Experience or exposure to complex care is advantageous
- Alternatively, strong experience in recruitment, scheduling or customer-facing roles will be considered
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- IT literate, including Microsoft Office and care systems
Package
- £28,000 - £32,000 salary
- Hybrid working (1-2 days from home per week)
- Monday to Friday only - no weekends
