Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the children's home in line with Ofsted regulations and internal quality standards.
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring robust safeguarding practice at all times.
- Develop, supervise, and retain a skilled multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain oversight of operational performance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
About You
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or willingness to complete.
- At least two years experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care.
- Strong working knowledge of safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and Ofsted frameworks.
