You will inherit an experienced team, established care packages and a strong support structure, with genuine scope to develop the service further.\n You do not need to already be a Registered Manager. \n \nPackage & Benefits\n \n £50,000 - £55,000 \n GP-related bonus \n Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm \n Hybrid working across home, office and community \n 33 days annual leave + birthday off \n Private healthcare \n Company Sick Pay \n Blue Light Card \n Training and career progression \n \n \nThe Role\n \nAs Clinical Registered Manager , you will have overall responsibility for the quality and development of the service, supported by Clinical Leads, Care Coordinators, Recruitment and Business Development .\n \nYou will:\n \n \n Lead adult and paediatric complex care packages \n Manage and develop clinical and operational teams \n Maintain strong CQC, safeguarding, governance and quality standards \n Support assessments and mobilisation of new care packages \n Build relationships with families, commissioners and healthcare professionals \n Work alongside Business Development to support new referrals and service growth \n \n \nAbout You\n \nWe are looking for an NMC Registered Nurse with community complex care experience.\n \nYou could currently be a:\n Clinical Lead | Nurse Manager | Nurse Case Manager | Clinical Services Manager | Registered Manager \n \nYou will need strong clinical leadership experience and a good understanding of CQC, safeguarding and clinical governance .\n Paediatric experience is desirable rather than essential.
