Are you an experienced nurse looking to step into a leadership role within community complex care? We are recruiting for an Adult Clinical Lead to join a well-established and growing provider delivering high-quality, nurse-led care to adults in their own homes across Hertfordshire. This role offers a great balance of autonomy and support, with a hybrid working model and a manageable adult-only caseload.
The Role
As an Adult Clinical Lead, you will take ownership of a portfolio of complex care packages, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care delivery. This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekends or nights, giving you a strong work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee adult complex care packages in the community
- Complete clinical assessments, care plans and risk assessments
- Deliver training, competencies and ongoing clinical supervision to staff
- Work closely with families, commissioners and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor quality, governance and compliance across your caseload
- Support with incident management and clinical reporting
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
- Background in adult complex care or ICU/ITU
- Experience in a senior, lead or supervisory role
- Strong clinical skills including tracheostomy and ventilator care
- Excellent communication and organisational ability
- UK driving licence preferred
Salary and Benefits
- £45,000 - £48,000 salary depending on experience
- Travel expenses covered
- Hybrid working - 1 to 2 days working from home per week
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
- 28 days annual leave
