Job Description

Our client, a leading hospice in Leeds, is seeking a Ward Manager (RGN) to join their dedicated team. Our client is a renowned hospice located in the heart of Headingley, Leeds. They specialise in providing expert palliative care to individuals with life-limiting conditions, offering vital support to both patients and their families during challenging times.
As a Ward Manager (RGN) , you will:

  • Lead and support the in-patient unit, ensuring high standards of palliative care.
  • Assess potential service users in consultation with the Head of Clinical Services.
  • Plan effective duty rotas and provide out-of-hours clinical support.
  • Liaise with health and social care professionals to coordinate care delivery.
  • Apply legal policies for identifying and supporting vulnerable adults.
