Nurse Case ManagerUp to Β£45,000 per annum | Esher| Hybrid Working | 36 Hours Per WeekAre you an experienced Registered Nurse looking to step away from frontline nursing while continuing to use your clinical judgement every day? We're recruiting for an experienced Nurse Case Manager to join a private international healthcare organisation based in Esher, working on a hybrid basis between the office and home.
This is an excellent opportunity for an acute, emergency or critical care nurse to move into clinical case management, supporting patients overseas, reviewing complex medical cases and coordinating emergency medical assistance and repatriation.

Salary up to Β£45,000 per annumHybrid working Esher office and home-based36-hour working weekPrivate healthcareLife insurancePension schemeEmployee Assistance ProgrammeOngoing professional developmentThe RoleAs a Nurse Case Manager, you'll: Manage a varied caseload of emergency medical assistance casesCoordinate complex medical and repatriation casesSupport patients receiving treatment in hospitals overseasReview clinical information and make informed clinical decisionsProvide non-diagnostic medical advice to patients and policyholdersLiaise with hospitals, consultants and overseas healthcare providersProvide clinical input and escalation on complex casesWork closely with doctors, medical assistance teams and repatriation coordinatorsSupport airline and occupational health medical servicesWhat We're Looking ForYou'll need: Current NMC registration as a Registered General NurseAt least 3 years' recent clinical nursing experienceStrong acute, emergency or critical care experienceExcellent clinical assessment and decision-making skillsConfidence managing complex and potentially urgent medical situationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage your own caseload and prioritiesGood IT skills and confidence using digital systemsExperience within A&E, ICU, HDU, CCU, acute medicine, acute surgical nursing or critical care would be particularly well suited to this position.
Previous experience within nurse case management, clinical case management, medical assistance, repatriation, travel health, international healthcare or medical insurance would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
