Key Responsibilities:
- Support Home Managers to improve care quality, governance, and operational performance across multiple services.
- Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentoring to develop confident and capable management teams.
- Lead on audits, inspections, and action plans to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
- Work with regional and central teams to implement systems, manage risk, and maintain consistent standards.
About You: Significant experience in adult social care within a multi-site or senior leadership role. Proven experience supporting care homes through inspections, governance, and quality improvement. Experience working with regulatory frameworks and driving operational performance across services.
