Nurse Case Manager Up to Β£45,000 per annum | Esher| Hybrid Working | 36 Hours Per Week Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking to step away from frontline nursing while continuing to use your clinical judgement every day? We're recruiting for an experienced Nurse Case Manager to join a private international healthcare organisation based in Esher, working on a hybrid basis between the office and home. This is an excellent opportunity for an acute, emergency or critical care nurse to move into clinical case management, supporting patients overseas, reviewing complex medical cases and coordinating emergency medical assistance and repatriation. Salary up to Β£45,000 per annum Hybrid working Esher office and home-based 36-hour working week Private healthcare Life insurance Pension scheme Employee Assistance Programme Ongoing professional development The Role As a Nurse Case Manager, you'll: Manage a varied caseload of emergency medical assistance cases Coordinate complex medical and repatriation cases Support patients receiving treatment in hospitals overseas Review clinical information and make informed clinical decisions Provide non-diagnostic medical advice to patients and policyholders Liaise with hospitals, consultants and overseas healthcare providers Provide clinical input and escalation on complex cases Work closely with doctors, medical assistance teams and repatriation coordinators Support airline and occupational health medical services What We're Looking For You'll need: Current NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse At least 3 years' recent clinical nursing experience Strong acute, emergency or critical care experience Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills Confidence managing complex and potentially urgent medical situations Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage your own caseload and priorities Good IT skills and confidence using digital systems Experience within A&E, ICU, HDU, CCU, acute medicine, acute surgical nursing or critical care would be particularly well suited to this position. Previous experience within nurse case management, clinical case management, medical assistance, repatriation, travel health, international healthcare or medical insurance would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
