A leading specialist healthcare provider is looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN) to support adults in their own homes across the Bodmin to Truro region, delivering personalised, evidence-based care while managing a realistic caseload.

The Role
As a Community Nurse, you'll work independently with the support of an experienced multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality nursing care to adults in their own homes.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Completing holistic clinical assessments and developing personalised care plans
- Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care and treatment
- Monitoring patients and responding to changing clinical needs
- Supporting and educating patients, families and carers
- Working closely with GPs and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring high standards of clinical governance
About You
To be considered, you’ll need:
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
- Experience in adult nursing within a hospital or community setting
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
- Full UK driving licence
