At Leaders in Care, we are currently working with an Ofsted rated Good council on the South Coast of England for an experienced children's social worker to join their well-established Children's Family Safeguarding Team as a senior social worker. This is a great opportunity for the right person to join a council that aims to provide a supportive environment for their social workers.
This is done through opportunities for flexible working, meaning you can plan your schedule and manage your time how you see fit. You can also expect a hybrid working model so you aren't limited to office working.
