An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead a large, established care service delivering high-quality care to older adults with a range of residential, nursing, and dementia care needs. This role would suit a compassionate and commercially aware leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding care while driving operational excellence.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining high occupancy levels, managing financial performance, and creating a positive culture for residents and staff alike. Working closely with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and the wider community, you will play a key role in shaping the future success of the service. You will lead from the front, supporting and developing your team to deliver person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership and day-to-day operational management of the home.
- Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care at all times.
- Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
- Lead, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent outcomes.
- Oversee staffing, recruitment, retention, and workforce development.
- Support the creation and implementation of person-centred care plans.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor service performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring the financial sustainability of the service.

About You

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing and/or residential care setting.
