  • Drive evidence-based practice and service improvement, working with patients, families and stakeholders.

About You

  • 5+ years post-registration experience, including 3+ years within an inpatient surgical ward setting.
  • Proven experience leading and developing a ward team, including competency monitoring and clinical governance.
  • Experience teaching, assessing or mentoring junior staff within a surgical environment.
