Are you an experienced MASH & Assessment Social Worker looking for a role that offers manageable caseloads, flexible working, and strong management support?

The Role

  • You will be responsible for carrying out timely assessments and interventions, including:
  • Completing Child and Family Assessments Responding to referrals and undertaking initial visits
  • Managing duty responsibilities and safeguarding concerns
  • Conducting Section 47 enquiries where required
  • Risk assessment and decision-making
  • Multi-agency partnership working
  • Progressing cases to the most appropriate service pathway
  • Working closely with children, families, and partner agencies

The service has clear processes in place and benefits from supportive management oversight, allowing practitioners to focus on effective frontline practice.
