We are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant - Health & Social Care to support a growing care provider across Sussex, helping attract and retain high-quality care professionals across both supported living and domiciliary care services.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of recruitment across domiciliary care and supported living services, ensuring the organisation attracts and retains exceptional care professionals. You will work closely with operational managers to understand workforce requirements, manage recruitment campaigns and ensure services remain safely staffed while supporting continued growth.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Build talent pipelines for future growth.
- Support recruitment events and local attraction campaigns.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and staffing requirements.
Previous recruitment experience within domiciliary care, supported living or homecare is essential. Strong understanding of care sector recruitment challenges. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Full UK driving licence preferred.
