This practitioner will become part of a supportive locality team, managing a varied caseload involving children and families requiring assessment, support, child protection, and care planning interventions. The team promotes a collaborative approach, with cases distributed fairly across practitioners to ensure workloads remain manageable. You will work with a mixture of short and long-term cases while benefiting from a flexible and supportive environment that prioritises high-quality practice.
