Working Monday to Friday across 37.5 hours, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team delivering excellent care across a range of surgical specialities.

Provide clinical and professional leadership, including supervision, mentorship and role modelling.

5+ years post-registration experience, including 3+ years within an inpatient surgical ward setting.

Proven experience leading and developing a ward team, including competency monitoring and clinical governance.

Experience teaching, assessing or mentoring junior staff within a surgical environment.
