Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality clinical care to orthopaedic patients
- Lead shifts and support the Ward Manager with daily ward operations
- Mentor and develop Registered Nurses and HCAs
- Contribute to audits, clinical governance and service improvement
- Be a professional senior presence on the ward
The Package:
- Up to £44,000 per year
- 35 days annual leave including bank holidays

About You:
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with active NMC pin
