Key Clinical Skills Required:

Additional Responsibilities:
- Supporting and mentoring healthcare assistants
- Transcribing drug charts for community use
- Conducting initial assessments and annual care plan reviews
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Providing support within the residential hospice as required
