You will manage and mentor a team of Adult Nurse Managers, oversee complex care cases, and work closely with senior stakeholders to drive service excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
- Extensive experience in adult complex care, including tracheostomy and ventilator management
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring Nurse Managers and HCAs
- Strong clinical governance knowledge and ability to oversee care quality
- Exceptional communication and strategic planning skills
- Experience working with CHC nurses, CCG commissioners, and external partners
- Full UK driving license is essential
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support a team of Adult Nurse Managers, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care
- Lead clinical governance and quality assurance, driving improvements across community care packages
- Manage complex cases, including risk assessment, care planning, and multidisciplinary team coordination
- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to develop staff expertise
- Act as the primary liaison with external stakeholders, including commissioners and NHS partners
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice standards
