As a Deputy Home Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our care home:
- Lead the care team to ensure safe, supportive, and person-centred care for residents.
- Regularly review residents' needs and maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and equipment standards.
- Support the Registered Manager in daily operations and assume full responsibility in their absence.
- Induct new team members and supervise existing staff.
- Conduct care audits and ensure person-centred care plans.
